Fairly clean and gorgeous hotel, PLEASANT staff and very comfy beds. Marvellous and lovely location for our visit to Holst Birthplace Museum just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Stylish building and rooms with comfortable decoration.

Good sized room with air conditioning and fabulous toiletries, for example. Incredible and amazing location in a beautiful square and easy access to a market and stores.

The rooms were soundproof with windows to the outside seating, and quiet atmosphere. This hotel was set in a very central area near center of Cheltenham. And it was just a pleasant stroll away from Kibousushi, ate there couple of times.
Didn't like the area, it was unwelcoming.

All in all everything was perfect, had a relaxing stay on night two of our stay. Exquisite and new-fashioned rooms, the views over the park were great! We had a very comfy bed, and a mini-bar, satellite television, and central heating.
The staff was unattentive.

The place was gorgeous, with its amazingly nice staff in an almost challenging manner. The restaurant was outdoor from the bar and restaurant below, we ordered delightful dishes. The location was great and stunning, the room was fashionable. The hotel was set in a beautiful area. Loved their savoury drinks, served in the outdoor bar.

Breakfast with excellent muesli and also tasty ham. Deluxe queen room with individual touches and music, for example. Location near to the Terrace restaurant on the roadside, a beautiful garden lovely to look over breakfast and the Jazz festival.

We loved the central location of the hotel, making it convenient for all our needs. Parking was easy to find on the road behind the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the amazing Gin Bar in the basement, a true hidden gem. The decor was cool and comfortable, with a touch of retro glamour. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a fruit platter and birthday card upon arrival. Despite some minor noise from the street, it didn't dampen our overall experience. We would definitely return.
